The client remains solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and factual authenticity of all business records, tax filings, and financial metrics supplied to our team.
3. Independent Status & Non-Refundable Production Fees
Independent Status: Our engagement constitutes professional advisory only. We do not act as credit providers, financial intermediaries, or procurement awarding authorities. Engagement fees cover consulting time and document preparation only, and are non-refundable once document production has commenced.
